Only original work where the
copyright is owned by the entrants
will be accepted.
All work must be previously unpublished.
Entries must be in written English only.
All entrants may submit up to three pieces of work
in each category.
Please note that titles are included in all word counts
except Haiku.
Entrance is open to anyone worldwide aged 14 years
and above.
Winning and commended entries will be made available
to the public through the miniWords 2008 website. It is a
condition of entry that entrants also agree to further
publication in a book if Charnwood Arts sees this as
appropriate.
Any breach of these rules will lead to disqualification.
The prize money will include any basic charges such as
currency conversion or international transfer fees.
Entries received after the closing date of May 2008
will not be accepted. Winning applications will be informed
after this on this website.
The Judges' decision is final.
No correspondence will be entered into.
